LoGo Specials: Limco Email Marketing

For today’s edition of LoGo Specials, you will have an overview of the work we did for the company Limco Logistics, a freight forwarder from the United States. The forwarding company hired a package that includes the creation, design, dispatch and follow-up of 8 emails. Each one highlights a different service or differential of the logistics business in an efficient and attractive way.

After asking Limco Logistics to fill up a briefing explaining what they wanted each email marketing to be focused on, the next step was to create their content and layout. By using modern visual elements, objective texts and photos that well illustrated the main purpose of each email, our team was able to successfully correspond to Limco Logistics’ expectations.

Once the emails were ready and approved, they were sent by us to a list of prospects and possible logistics partners. The sending schedule is defined according to what each client wishes, however, in Limco’s case, the emails were sent monthly.

Apart from that, LoGo was also in charge of doing the follow-up process, measuring the results and seeing how effective each email sent was. For that, we used an advanced software, which allowed our team to know things like what the opening rate was, how many times each lead opened each email, the links that were clicked, the contact information of the people who opened it, etc.

Finally, LoGo’s team has organized all these results and statistics in a report, which was monthly sent to Limco Logistics, so they could see how effective the campaign was, as well as develop a relationship with the contacts that showed interest in the services offered by them. The outcome was amazing, and the emails increased Limco’s reach and visibility in the logistics market!
